Before any one joins SYF they should probs read this.

SYF in marks eyes a inside story to compeditive gameing ......... "I left DA team 2 to join a team called xTR, i wanted to go b1ger so i got offored over 20 times to join SYF and i said i will only join if we can strat and scrim once a night, they said we can do that, so i jumped ship to what i thort a long road of hard training and good friendship little did i know i was joining one of the most power hungery community groups since CyberGamer.

Lets begin, Introduced into Team "Shut Your Face Alpha" i did not like how they put them selves in frount of the other 2 teams, so first thing I did was prove my self sit back wach every one ect........if its worth takeing the next steep, after little strating we versed MaconD score was 13-11 close game but none the less a win, after this poor effort i put my foot down and layed it out eazy and clean on the table....."do u want to become compeditive or stay a community group if u say u wana become compeditive then i am going to push you so that every thing is spot on and training will require hours and loads of effort and wont be eazy work" the reply i got back was Yes we would like to do this!.

Each night from then on i was dedacated to teach them as much but the way cod4 runs and the art of team work and positioning, Reconstructed the strats they had and comms, this team was working for 3 hours each night in a empty server to lurn these strats and push them selfes longer and harder then ever to show me they can go b1g and get some were may i need not remind you what SYF's rep was before i joined ( the ones u would vers for EaZ mode fun (frag footage). We strated the basics of each map this took 1 night to show them 3 hours in empty server lurning one maps strats........thats a lot of work tbh. From then on we were working out the kinks and got them working as a team with comms,gameplay and every thing they did benofited our team. leave it there, coz u r probs going "WTF THEN" u r liveing in the high live m8, acive team good people got server ect........ but litle did u know what hell i was going through = explain.

From the time and date i joined i was over looked by every SYF member that was active or non active they in trusted me to train there team so they wanted it done well ( let me tell u this was all free (sigh) had my way knowing the out come would not of done it agen), Training the team each night for 3 hours took a big eyes open to the SYF community in how srs i am towards gameing, i had a interview as i would call it but in his eyes would of been a 1v1 talk to..... in this talk to Stig was this " Mark i know u and me are friends and all and i repect you in training my team, but just rember do not push them to hard, ok u understand me? u got to rember its just a game not much more" - Quote from xfire:thestig85 the founder of SYF, now to me this was a bit of a negative to me coz if im training his team and im geting shit allredy from doing good job at it WTF?..... so i left it as it was, not long after we got the notice of we cant use the server for dev map to much coz of they only had the one server, by this stage im going GG to this community. As the trainer to the Team Alpha or Team Shut Your Face (commonly know for Team1 = T1) i found was not my job to mingel with the other 30-40 members within the community, why? beceause i was far to busy as it was and wen i was not busy i was in empty server dev maping nades by my self in a diff vent from others, wich is somethig i like doing and what hapens? omg i get told toff for not talking to others such as the other Teams within SYF, im there to do my job do it will and im geting shit left right and centure...... by this stage iv put to much effort into SYF to train them up to something beter then what they were.

The SYF community show to me they were power hungery, how as soon as i joined i go the talk from stig AKA big Man = Tough Talk, then wen bohemoth joined = "im the founder by the way yea i run SYF just to let u know bohemoth" wow your probs thinking i get your point, then the Drinking every night and abuse every one with words of dribbling shit = Stig talking out of his ass, and every one agreed with me...something had to be done, and i had not long after 8 people that is right 8! people saying can u plz make a new team im sick of SYF's QQing idot's, kiddish ways and the power hungery members with in here, i said let me think over night i said no........im going to try train the boys in the team more coz they r adapting verry well.......and so it was every thing back to normal......did i not know wat was comeing up at this stage, so i asked spud for the rights to change the team and train them up so that we can get higher pos, this is wat i said " can i have full leadership over team? i wana push you guys so we go far in cgo" spud said "he agrees with my jugement and was cool with it" so i took charge.....removeing some pplz from team and puting diff peoples in, and the team was running well.....winning every scrim in 3 weeks and this was over 40 scrims ither was draw or wins, not just agenst teams of low rank id add also teams from 100 all way to top 10, and with still strating 3 hours a night the team work and skill of the team over the 3 months of training them from a bad skill leavel and team work with in the cod4 communiy SYF showed DINO at lan and sG we were not scrubs and to heeps of others in cod4 CGO community ..... came along way and as a cuple of the SYF boys would say " coz of me joining have got them to hights were they couldent of dreamed ov"

But there was one person who shined light to this clan that was Karma the big guy this was a leader who wasent leading as soon as i meet him i asw this guy as the SYF leader the man who runs the joint he fixes admin and keeps teams running then not long down track stig got the sack and karma took over, no suprise..... not saying stig is bad bloke but had his eyes on other things at the time. Spud was the guy who was allways folloing the admins he will stick by there side any day and t8t0 was the one to loyal to his brother he wouldent do nothing to diss honor him, T8T0 was highly skilled and he dident see this but some people are blind to there own skill, as we picked up other players along the way we found this was to good to be true, and it took a true person to tell me to open my eyes to how this community was geting run through out the months of gameing with them, we excluded the community and did our job of reproseding SYF and nothing else, over time the community gave in and gave us our space, till spud said this it had me blind of the way SYF was geting leadership from and run "I have enjoyed very much playing along side you. You are a gem in this community of power hungry players." = Quote from Spud Xfire=17spud17 this showed me wow these guys r geting used by SYF and iv been blind from it, look at it this way you have been training a team that dosent wants you to get to the top, but as u keep doing a good job you r geting shit from doing it well and dedacateing your time to doing a good job.........and around you your clan is geting tossed around admin coz of power hungery people, then as soon as karma got his clan leader went straight to his head, he was thinking he was at top of the moon looking down to all the people on earth as he was god, i could see that something was going to hapen and sooner or later it did.

last 2 hours in SYF:
Me and denied and Aloy weres sitting in vent after the others had gorn, and karma had requested capten from denied on xfire to change something on cg team, he gave it to him and after we took a look at something that was out of the question.......a sub name, now when i joined i removed there sub name and nothing was said or done to us for going so..... but you cant have a clan with a sub name in the top 10 IMO, and once you tuch the team iv trained, bonded with and got them to 6th pos, and spud giveing me leadership over team....i have some say in things,i simply said no karma we r not haveing a sub name team will remain as it is..... and i got a reply i was not expecting from karma this showed his power hungery powers were going over the top "[SYF]Karma[Head Admin]: its not up for discussion" and "[SYF]Karma[Head Admin]: think very carefully about wat you say mate" now if i was in his place wi would be trying to stop the person who runs the hole team and trains them.....u lose me from the team they will fall ad crumble after 1 hour of xfire TOUGH talk from karma and matching it with mine i asked most of the team online do u wana leave so these power hungry admins can then see why they should treat the teams with some respect and stop useing us a cattle. 4 of the 7 said do it lets go.....so thats morgrity over the other 3 so we did rename team kicked the other 3 out......and SYF started to QQ to CG admins and not just 1 they siad it to heeps of them to make only 1 of them take favor of them once arsy had sorted it out the next day a nother admin sorted it out in his ways i meen is this bad admin'ship?........any who now yet this shows SYF are doging useing people but the community is torn my power hungery people.

Community:Not a wellcome place to stay if u r in SYF sit back and take look on how it is run.....coz there is allways 2 sides to story.
