Just a quick video review for those that may be interested in this laptop already.

It's an ultra portable (12.5inch), looks like this:

And due to the size when you put it next to a gaming laptop it looks anorexic:

In the review I put it up against a few other laptops for a size comparison too.

No discrete GPU, but its a second Gen Sandy bridge so has the Intel HD 3000. Can handle medium Starcraft 2 at native res at about 30 to 40 fps.

Excellent build quality with no keyboard creek, and good keyboard travel in the keys too (much better than the scissor effect felt on chiclet keyboards common to the apple and netbook ones). Some people hate the nipple trackpoint, I am a big fan of it, it's precise enough to use in combination with the touchpad for some photoshop work without a mouse.

I've only charged it up twice so far, and battery life tends to be about 6-7 hours with the 6 cell battery I got with it.

Specs of that laptop:

i7 2620m (2 cores @ 2.7ghz with Turbo upto 3.4ghz)
4gig Ram (has a slot spare. Putting in 2x Sticks rated at a high mhz will help the gpu speed a lot from benchies seen)
Premium HD Screen (it's IPS not TN) w/ Webcam
Stock 6 Cell Battery (9 Cell battery gives about 10 hours but is heavier)
320gig 7,200rpm laptop hdd (energy efficient)
Fingerprint reader

That's the highest model cpu you can go for on this laptop, and the i5's don't have USB 3 on them.

It's an odd thing with the Lenovo stores, their base price is fairly high and their almost always having some form of sale. The Aussie Lenovo store wanted $3,000+ for that spec laptop, "on sale" at ~$2,000 depending on what the sale is.

The USA Store has it for under a $1,000 currently, and that's in USD too... So its well worth going through a dropshipper or whatnot to be able to order from the US store.
