Squirt 1 bottle of BBQ sauce onto the CPU directly.

In all seriousness it's actually quiet hard to explain over the internet, as the process is different for different computers.

You also need the right gear to keep the temps nice and a good powersupply/ motherboard to keep things trouble free and easy.

They have forums for this type of stuff dude, download EVERLAST it's a program that gives you all the details on your comps specs. From there you can post the details and get the right responses.

Taking your computer to an average computer shop won't do shit, as they 1. won't over clock it for you, 2. couldn't give a shit and 3 probably don't know how.

What YOU can do is go read the OCAU and OC forums to pick up on a few tips and what not on how to do things, saftey and tweaking pretty much.

But I just have to tell you, even if you get a computer that has EXACTLY the same parts for EVERYTHING the OCing abilities will be different. One computer could have an easy 5.5 GHz while the other could only get 5.0GHz

Make sure that you have a decent cooler if you plan on going to high temps as the stock one won't count.

As a rule of thumb for my self I like to keep everything in the "green zone" which for me is about 30 to 80 degrees from idling to load.

If it runs higher then that, make sure it's only for a short amount of time, or to use it for benchmarking.

Go download Prime95 and put that shit on a torture for a while to test your max temps.

Hm, cbf reading over that, probs bad info but idgaf XD have fun, oh btw start small and increase with small increments. Once it gets too hot or unstable, bring it back a bit and leave it there it also helps to read your motherboards info book thingy to pick up on what each thing means.
