well firstly I never seen them on CG servers, they are probably banned there. But in 3FL servers and GamersUN servers, there are a lot of speed hackers and name changers lately...they just join a random game and start messing up with names so its not possible to kick him.
They ruin the game, make people rage, until the server is shutdown!
a friend told me a way to kick them through console? But I didn't get it :S

The boys that prefer L4D1 over L4D2 don't care enough about L4D2 to bother with ruining it with hacks. The game is doing a great job of ruining itself on its own.

The way to get rid of them is to vote kick them when your own name appears on the vote kick list. Since you can't call a vote to kick yourself, you know it's definitely them. Just keep checking the vote kick list until your own name shows up.
