hardcore isn't really hardcore, its for people that have no skill or accuracy and just like to spray and pray. Core actually takes skill and you need to have good accuracy in order to apply enough damage for the kill.
Anyway, its public and most people don't really care, this is a competitive gaming website, not a public gaming discussion website.

I agree, but hardcore makes you patient and can make you allot better, Sure there noobs that use steady aim and rapid fire that spray but hardcore puts you in situations that if you move your gonna get f**ked. It can also make your accuracy better because in hard core its basically first shot witch wins the gun fight , Core i still love it but i wouldn't mind playing something new ,Core Ive played and i got sick of the ridiculous hit markers whilst having hardened. But that doesn't bother me at all because i know i can switch game types when i like .
Also hardcore doesn't make you reliable on the radar.
