Does anyone know if theres any truth behind some higher up for Infinity Ward tweeting that CoD4 will be patched to remove all the infections and hackers?

Apart from all the bs that they can already do (like see through walls and spawn on top of buildings) I was just in a game were a guy was under the map killing everyone with an RPD

I hope they fix it soon as CoD4 public is the only thing making me want to change titles.

I doubt anything will be done about it for a while. It sucks that an awesome game like COD4 is overrun by f*ckheads that have nothing better to do than cheat.

That many people have/ had have hacks now that its probably too late to get rid of it all now. Probably is true, really hope it is cause cod 4 would be so boss if it got patched !

Same as cod5 its gay great game to play but whenever i play it on xbox just people with hacks

Its rumoured and I think 402 said they're working on a patch to fix the game so they're no more of those Super jump and unlimited noob tubes. So yea, if the rumour's true expect it to be released when duke nukem forever 2 comes out
