Hello fellow HoN'ers!

First of all sorry for the long wait - inactivity between admin and loss of communication was causing delays but the HoN Admin Team have decided that seeing as interest has grown and is continuing to grow that the CG HoN Ladder simply can't be put on hold any longer. Everyone is finished exams by now (hopefully) so it's time to reacquaint yourselves with a good old friend called HoN (even though that friend has been broken for the past month).

This season sees AC Ryan get amongst the competitive community and support Australian HoN. The winner of this seasons Invite league will be walking away with $650, 2nd place $350 and the winners of the newly-formed Main league will also be walking away with a cash prize of $250 with the second place winning $100 and to help the continuing growth of the Cybergamer ladder the open ladder has a small cash prize of $150 the winner will receive $100 while the 2nd place will walk away with $50 for there effort in supporting the open ladder.

It would also be a very good time to familiarise yourselves with the rules as Ryshek has been making some changes so be sure to bone up so you aren't caught off guard.

As always there will be weekly predictions and wrap ups that the community has come to enjoy seeing. Speaking of this we would also like to welcome Artic0wl from clan 1Day who will be helping us out with the content and weekly write ups from both CGi and CGm and we wish him the best of luck. As for shoutcasting - with the departure of Triumph to bigger and better things, there might not be as many shoutcasts go up as what there has been in Season 1. Rest assured though the HoN Admin Team will be in contact with Net Game Radio to sort out at least 1 shoucasted match per week.

Admin Notes/Reminders:

• We will be cracking down on forum behavior, a warning of a 3 day forum ban will be given if you persist we will start handing out two week match bans because the quality of the forum right now is appalling.
  
• Disputing a decision if your unhappy with the outcome of a ticket contact Ryshek as he is the one who will be reffered to all ban disputes, so stop annoying Asterix/Talnoy as they will be redirected to Ryshek anyway.
  
• During Cybergamer Matches let it be known that excessive abuse is a Ban able offence, just saying.
  
• Admins are allowed to view any and all games at there leisure unless the admin is in the same league (excluding open) and both teams agree of his dismissal as a spectator.
  

Important Changes:

The Heroes Of Newerth Open Ladder is turning into a points based ladder similar to the Gosu operated ladder.

also i encourage pub gamers to sign up for the new open ladder which you could receive $100 for 1st place or $50 for second (the open ladder is to encourage more public based players and or lower tier teams to compete at a more competitive level) open ladder is close to dead but honners prefer the leagues rather then open =)
