def reckon you should only beable to pause game wen u have a free kick or throw in or goal kick to make subs.
i make this thread as during my game tonight i was 2 down about to get a beauty cross wen my opponent paused the match and wen he unpased my guy automatucally ran out ob while i was holding back. defs reckon a rule like this needs to be implemented

It would be impossible to police, so it won't happen. It's never happened to me so I don't think it's that big of an issue.

You can only pause it when you have possession in an online match. This is enough and as Falcon rightly says, it would be impossible to police any further rules on the topic.

I'm a little skeptical because as I said in my previous post, you can only pause when you have possession. I don't see how you could have been in a goal scoring position if he had the ball.

was gpnna beat him to the ball as i jsut ytackled him. but somehow still said he had possesion a screwed me over
