Yeah, I'm looking into running one in like August/September. The Australia Day one was a bit of a shamble but it was only to test a new venue which is made for like competitive events. When I know more about it I will be sure to post it around.

Probably wont be under the GoSolid name though.

Maybes if you had a brain and realized how this stuff worked you would support the circuit first and then once there is enough support they could afford to expand it to other areas. Atm ACL target the three biggest capital cities because:
A - Biggest population = highest % of competitive players
B- Cheaper running costs as they can either run in conjunction with another event or get cheaper due to more options
C- Flights and Accommodation are cheaper to these locations as you don't need a connection flight
D- Nobody from Newcastle that plays CoD goes to events, so they don't think you will support it.
E- You have the brain capacity of a fly and probably havn't read this far due to you small brain.

+1 for a Mount Gambier LAN before a Newcastle one.

I swear to god we got more support at last years Sydney lan than this one. The ACL CoD admins really have to make a new approach to how they market it. Rather than saying: "lets get on it". "Bashed at lan" they should be defusing the 'Geeky' views ppl have and promoting fun over winning, as at the end of the day there is only one winner....
