This should hopefully help a lot of you. If you have an ATI card I believe someone has posted further down with a fix for that too.

Was playing around with my config before discovering this post. Was getting about 120-140 FPS in confinded areas and only 30-50 outdoors.

Just changed that setting and Instantly got like 300 fps everywhere.
Now am able to set timingmethod "1" and maxfps "125"

Even if you dont have FPS issues you should change that setting in the link so it allows you to play with other commands (Larger res, increased AA, etc)
