I'm fairly sure the lovely blokes over at QLDsmash would be happy to run the ladder if it happened. They have alot of exp doing it at Lansmash events and even running online tourneys amongst themselves.

2 v 2 over Wii Online thing is terrible. Would have to restrict it to regions such as states to minimize lag. This is how it is done at other brawl communities for Australia. Great game though, and I would be up for it.
