yeh a nice bowl of pasta for carbs (energy) its low gi so it will give you a long release of energy...

probably eat a orange and a bannana for you natural sugar so you wont feel tired....the bannana is really good for energy

dont eat lollies and do not at all drink any red bull, mothers, monster etc... you will get really hypo for a little bit but it wont last long

source: played soccer for 4 years and played representative football

eating lots of carbs, not onlt pasta potatoes are great 2 aswell as rice.

also whilst playing eat bannas they are great as they are easily digested by your body, and give you the energy you need quickly with out leaving you on a low afterwards.

also they help prevent cramps
