4v4 HQ would sort of be stupid.

It would take to long and no way get enough members to try and create a ladder.
you can play it with your mates, but i doubt no one would want to start sniping in OBJ.

As 'Biologicul' said above, check out some youtube videos and join a clan that does that sort of stuff.
