Team eXile5 Battlefield 3 recruitment.

Team eXile5 are currently involved in a recruitment drive for Battlefield 3, and hope this thread finds you well.
We realize that this game has received alot of interest from all gamers, and I also realise that it maybe slightly over hyped. In saying that, I am putting 5 years of anxiety and built up frustration that I have endured whilst waiting for the release of BF3 into making an amazing team that will be at the absolute top of it's game come release date.

As most of us know, there are alot of factors involved in making a successful battlefield team, particularly at the start of release. I plan to deal with these factors as soon as possible, and that is why I am establishing the core team asap.

Battlefield and Esports are my passion, and I believe Australia and New Zealand have always had world class players that could hold it with the best BF teams in the world, and I can't wait to see some well supported Aussie teams battling it out overseas again, but hopefully this time with more support and awareness. Dice are apparently focusing on competitive play, so we can only hope this will work out for us all.


At the moment the Battlefield Team has not been selected, and even the current BC2 players are aware that there are no guaranteed spots for anyone yet.
I am preparing early to ensure the team is well prepared, and that every player fits their role, and that every player bonds well. I am putting alot of time and effort into this team, and will do so for a long time to come.

Currently the team is looking for players that have:

• Previous high level BF2, 2142, or 1942 experience.
  
• Previous BC2, or MOH experience.
  
• High level of ability in competitive FPS games ie: TF2, COD, CS, QL.
  
• High level of CGi experience in any FPS game.
  
• Dedication to a game, and all it's philosophies, strategies, and potential. This means that you thrive on how the fundamentals of the game engine work, and you strive to gain as much knowledge about the game as you can. eg: Pixel shots, strategic destruction etc.
  

I am SPECIFICALLY on the hunt for an experienced Armour Driver, who will man the armour religiously in pub, practice and match play.
All other roles are also potentially available to trialees.



There are 4 types of players that will make up the Team eXile5 Battlefield team, these are:

• Gifted FPS players, with an ability to compete at the highest level in any FPS game, with limited experience in said game.
  
• Gifted BF players, who for some reason, have an uncanny ability to be able to dominate with literally ANYTHING at their disposal in BF franchise, such as Jets, Choppers, Armour, and all kits.
  
• Players who aren't instantly the best at the game, but put in alot of time and effort to become comparable or even better at something specific to gifted players after a given time.
  
• People who are happy to decipher game plans, strats, and Battlefields, this person literally spends hours on hours in their own time, trying abstract techniques or strategies. This player may not be the best player, but is completely unselfish, and only cares for the welfare of the team.

Of course not every type of person will fit into the team, and only time will tell if the team fits you, or you fit the team.
Because eXile5 have a reputation to uphold, and because we are directly representing our sponsors, I ask that potential applicants have a good level of respect amongst the community, and that you conduct yourself with dignity on public forums and servers.

• Competitive by nature, and really want to win, you know that putting in the effort nets results.
  
• Respectable person, both on and off the field. You let your play and skill do the talking, and you have no need to troll the opposition.
  
• Adaptable and versatile, you are always willing to learn no matter how good you become.
  
• Love to be a part of a team, the bond you share with your team mates is translated to the Battlefield.

Any specific need fore helicopter pilots? The lack of jet aircraft in BC2 hasn't helped me to upkeep my skills in this area though.

I'm guessing immortal will be their chopper pilot
