Here are 3 quick and easy things that you can do to make your YouTube channel be more appealing to look at and also allow your content to stand out among thousands of other viewers.

1. Freshen Up Your Channel -- With a solid background, a display picture, and auto-playing your featured video, you can make your channel more successful right off the bat. Auto playing your featured video guarantees that everybody that stumbles upon your YouTube channel, has a chance to see your content. And by having a good background and an actual display picture, you show your subscribers and everybody else that you mean business and want to get noticed.

2. Unique Content -- Once you've freshened up your youtube channel, make sure that your content is going to stand out and give people a reason to subscribe. Don't follow the herd, take OnlyUsemeBlade for instance -- unique content, and he's got 400,000 subscribers.

3. Find Similar Channels -- If you're just starting out, it helps to go into business with other channels that are just starting out. You guys can experiment with what works and also help each other share subscribers. If you have someone pushing you to up your game, you're gonna produce the best content possible.

If you have any questions, ask them here on Yeousch, or check out my personal YouTube channel and message me on there.

Thanks,
Deathly i Am

atleast you tried?
unfrotunatly everybody already knows this. nothing new. things you could add are

branding your channel - using the same logo as a watermark, for video intros and for youtube backgrounds. gives the channel a uniform look and a familiar feel. And will help a whole heap later down the track.

Finding someone with a large amount of subs to give you a shoutout also.

Getting on forums like cg to spread your content, there are hundreds of forums for certain games and games in general. spread your videos there!

also you said
content to stand out among thousands of other viewers.
should be video creaters not viewers.
