Hey all.

I just brought a Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium PCI-e.
I've installed the hardware fine and dandy, installed the software from the cd that comes with it, and then updated it, now the problem I have is that when I go into the application, (Creative Console Launcher) and I change the 'Mode' From Entertainment to Game, it cuts out and doesn't work until I go into Control Panel and 'Repair' The application, also if I go back into entertainment it still doesn't work.

This is horrible because I want to actually mess around with the Effects, and Quality ect ect.
It's a very good sound card from what i've heard so far, any help would be amazing.

PC. I have a P8P67 Deluxe MOBO, so I already have Realtek HD Sound processor on my mother board and running at all times, should I uninstall the problem/drives?

**What I ment by 'Cuts Out' Is that the sound will not come out my speakers, when I look down at the task bar, it says there is sound playing, but there's just no sound.

Have you tried uninstalling, Registry clean then reinstalling drivers??
i have the fatality Version of your soundcard and have had a problem with drivers once before.

All fixed, I should read the fine print. Have to close any applications running audio before changing modes.
