Antec Earthwatt 750w - get a strider or buy a cheaper 600w, ur not gonna need it
Gigabyte z68a d3 b3 - get an asus, theyre better and the bios will be easier for you
Intel Core i5 2500k - if your buying a K at least get a cooler so u can run autotune, or else buy an i5-2500
Corsair Vengance 2x 4gb RAM - decent ram
120mm Fans 6 pack - hope they are not generic, 2x decent fans > 6 crud fans
Sapphire Radeon 6870HD - get a 560ti, better bang for bucks
Razer Arctosa - meh, inputs are inputs
Razer Naga - meh, inputs are inputs

where is your OS? you know windows doesnt just magically appear

Also unless you play wow (or any game that needs 10 binds that are available on your mouse), get a Deathadder. As for keyboard, I would suggest going a mechanical as I like the way they feel but if you want a slim keyboard go a microsoft x4/x6

i suggest you do some research before you go spending your money, also save money on the periphs and fork out for them later down the line, aswell as buying a single 560 like karma stated gives you the oppurtunity to sli with outstanding performance later down the track.

ill be honest upgrading now would probably not be the smartest thing to do with amd's next gen of cpu's and cards due this year the markets prices will shift dramatically.
