What should I upgrade?

using Internet Explorer 9.0

Here's what I have at the moment:

AMD Phenom 2 X4 965 @ 3.4 GHz
16 GB DDR3 Kingston RAM (yes 16 GB, and what of it?)
Gigabyte GA-870A-UD3 Motherboard
HIS Radeon 5770
Western Digital Caviar Green 1 TB HDD
Antec Earthwatts 600W PSU
Antec 200 v2 Case
LG 24x DVD Read/Write Optical Drive

What do I upgrade? My budget is $500.
