The PS3 Admin Staff would like to announce that the Black Ops 4v4 Objective Finals are now live!

Over the past few months our community has been privileged enough to take part in the successful 4v4 Pay to Play Competition.

The admin team would like to thank everyone who competed for providing such a competitive/intense competition and we hope that you return for future P2P objective tournaments.

Going into the 2nd season of 4v4 CGo objective finals, it will be interesting to see whether or not teams coming out of the recent P2P can carry on their form and provide for a great finals competition.


IMPORTANT DATES

Roster Lock: 14th August
Ladder Lock: 14th August
Seasons Finish: 15th August
Finals Start: 15th August
Finals End: TBA


FINALS OUTLINE

The Finals will involve the top 16 teams being distributed into PRO and INTER finals, with the Top 8 being placed in the PRO Finals and the remaining 8 that make up the top 16 being placed in INTER Finals.

Every match challenge in the finals will be created and issued by the CoD Admin Team, the maps are pre-selected as listed below for each stage of the finals campaign.

KNIFE ROUND / PRE GAME RULES

At the beginning of every finals match, a knife round will be conducted between the two teams. Only ONE knife round will ever need to be played.

The Knife Round is to be played on the standard SND ruleset through NUKETOWN with unlimited time and HUD/RADAR enabled.

The Knife Round is played until all members of the opposite team have been killed. Bomb planting, using equipment (stuns etc) and kills without knives are all prohibited - if any of these are used, the knife round is forfeited and awarded to the opposing team.

All players need to be on the ground at all times. Going up stairs, climbing on vehicles or hanging onto ledges is not acceptable and the team caught doing this will be disqualified for the knife round.

The winner of the knife off will choose what map they would like to play 1st....whilst the loser will get to select what spawn they'd like for that 1st map. After the 1st map has concluded, the roles will reverse - the knife round loser will choose the map and winner what spawn for the 2nd map and so on....this will alternate until all required maps are played and an overall match winner is found.

If teams aren't interested Epidemic would love to sneakily get into Pro Finals for this. We just were busy earlier causing us to leave a couple ladders. If its full in the Pro's no worries about it. If not, best of luck to all teams and be interesting to see who gives MF a run.
