So with the recent, incredibly quick induction of two more admins to the Cybergamer team for M.W.2, does anyone else feel a bit... cheated? These are two people who will now be regulating my forum posts and behavior in CG wars. should I not have a say in who these people are? I feel as though giving all the decision making of who gets admin who doesn't to the current Cybergamer admins a tad.. unfair.

So here's how I think it should go down: 5-10 best admin applicants are chosen from the ones received (If there even were that many) and a pole should go up, us, the community, the players should decide who we want controlling our behavior. the community's choice should then come into heavy consideration, with the admins making the final decision.

I'd be lying if I said this wasn't a bitch thread, and to clear the tone no, I didn't apply for mw2 administrator (I cannot understand the type of person who would want to deal with petty arguments 24/7, out of there own free will. No offense.) But given that Kaka was able to make the cut, regardless of how incredibly minute a problem this actually is, I feel I have to take a stand. I personally know how immature he can be at times, and although i think he's good at heart, I don't trust his decision making when angry. Please re-review your admin choices Cybergamer team, but with a little more input from the players.

Majority of community ACTS like 12 year olds, I feel as though given the choice they could make at least 1 mature decision, also, It's their community, why not let them decide?

To be honest omen as admin is totally fine, and let's say kaka stops his abuse of alcohol and drunkenness online, the two should be fine. They'll fill the role pretty well I reckon.

If this is going into another season then I do agree with tt in respect to the community having an actual choice/impact on who are going to be admins

I don't mind Omen, he seems responsible and adult enough not to be an idiot with his power, but Kaka is too immature for any small privilege.

Nothing to worry about though, I'm sure the older admins will ensure kaka does his job correctly, otherwise he won't be admin for long right? It's not a position you can **** around with regardless of the platform/game. Should be fine.

No, you shouldn't.
1. We know what to look for, for a person to fill an admin role. How well the play the game or who they know is a very small factor of it.
2. These people presented to us the best out of all the other applicants.
3. If these new admins don't fulfill their roles, they will be removed. Same goes for me, Joish, Arsey etc etc. Same for everyone.

Damo has proven time and time again he can run comps. In the past, sure, it wasn't the time for admin. But now, that's a diff story. He has been one of the most dedicated members of this community. He deserves the chance.

As far as scrims, steam convos etc etc I don't give a shit what goes on. It's what happens on Cybergamer and Cybergamer alone. He has never had any major hiccups on here. Every time I have dealt with, he has been fine.

Josh has a fuse the size of Cuzzy's doodle. Apart from that, he would be perfect.

What you have to remember is we are here to provide a FREE competitive scene for your game of choice. The management tree at CG is more than capable enough to make sure that happens. If I don't think it is up too standard then i'll add/remove admins. If Arsey/Tal/Aster don't think I'M up to standard, they will remove me.
