C'MON GUYS!
My clan joined this ladder so we could play some clan matches and every single match we've had is a forfeit!
Seriously guys this is ridiculous, we just want a legit match :'(
The point system has legitimately screwed the entire ladder.
The top teams just vs low teams to keep their rank up and then every team we try to vs has nobody in it or the people that try to vs us forfeit when they figure out that we actually have people to play for us.
If MW3 ladder is like this I'm going to be annoyed -.-

Check teams previous games for actual results, and challenge them. Once you are up near the top you'll find teams will actually play.

The points issue has been raised. Basically, because there is nothing important on the ladder (finals, P2P etc) it is used for testing. At the moment yes it's completely stuffed up and teams are exploiting it, but there's not much you can do.

If you want to raise any other issue, make a support ticket instead of a thread.
