Hey guys. Need some input about a new PC. Doing it on the cheap, already have a monitor and all that jazz.

All parts from MSY:
Antec HCG 620W - $105
Gigabyte 570 OC (Windforce 3xFan) - $361
i5 2500K - $219
4GBx2 RipjawsX 1600 - $68
Gigabyte Z68X-UD3H - $163
CM Scout - $93

Done some reading, and apparently the CM Scout has about 12 inches of actual room for the video card.. which is about 11 inches. The plug on the video card is on the side of the card, so I'm hoping I can swindle it in.

Mobo is pretty plain, but I honestly don't plan on overclocking, I may dabble but I'm a gigantic noob and I'll likely blow my PC up. No good.

Cheers guys

dont bother now, if your not buying it for another month, prices fluctuate fairly regularly, wait til its closer

anyhow

All parts from MSY: - oh dear god help us
Antec HCG 620W - $105 - not the best, itll do, get a strider 600/750
Gigabyte 570 OC (Windforce 3xFan) - $361 - good cards, non reference tho
i5 2500K - $219 - good cpu, if ur not OCing, dont buy it, just get a 2400/2500
4GBx2 RipjawsX 1600 - $68 - either this or corsair vengeance
Gigabyte Z68X-UD3H - $163 - get an asus board, if you dont care about OC/sli etc, just grab a cheap h61 even. or the base model P8Z68-V-LE
CM Scout - $93 - yuk, at least get something usable and not so risky with the card etc

Case is smaller than the one I originally picked... it'll fit the 570?

Doesn't look like it mate

Reading a review atm that says a 10.5 inch card fit with a "bit of jiggling".. Looking like I need a larger case with some more airflow

It'll be getting a workout in BF3 pubs so I will let you know

The max gpu length for that case is 10.6 inches.
A GTX 570 is 10.5 inches.
