I have the V2's and I don't notice anything different but tbh, I don't think there is much of a difference anyway.

I purchased the same pair last time, they were V1's and didnt have a mic.

I was going to return them due to false advertising but meh 40 bucks I really couldn't be bothered

A mate at work purchased this last time as well. They were V1's, no mic and cloth pads.

Being at the same price, it would probably be the same V1's.
The description does not say anything about it having a mic, looks dodgy to me.

I can definitely see a pull-out mic at the bottom of the headset lol.

If it has a mic, I have my card ready to order. But scams make me go QQ

I bought them. 2 actually. I don't like to use headset mics, they are never good quality. I've got a Logitech Desktop mic anyways so that will suffice and these will be perfect, no boom mic to get in my face.

so are they v2's or v1's/

There are two type of Siberia V1's, a headset variant (with a pull out mic) and a headphone variant (basically the headset without the mic). This confused me as well when I was thinking of purchasing one off PCCG and they confirmed they only had the headphones version. :S The catch of the day one is most likely the mic-less variant but you should contact them to confirm. It's a decent price if does come with a mic.

Yeh it is quite confusing how catch of the day did not specify which version of headphone they were advertising

I'll verify when they come in. Like I said, I don't really want one with a mic, but apparently theres also the difference of v1's having cloth earpads and v2's having leather... which is sort of a let down if these are v1's. Other than that, the V1's are apparently slightly bigger than the v2's which is a bonus for big heads.

Even if they are V1's, can't complain they are still cheap and look good.
