Hi!

I've got a second 560 ti ( Gigabyte GeForce GTX 560 Ti Overclocked 1GB ) and I'm planing to run it in SLI with my MSI GeForce GTX 560 Ti Hawk 1GB. I have a Thermaltake 700w Litepower PSU, so will it be enough to run my two cards without bottle-necking?

Regards
Sygma

Look up the tdp's of the cards, then calculate the current required for them, and see if that's higher than the current on the +12v rail(s) on your psu, if so, buy a new psu.

it also depends on what cpu you have. but the power supply you have isnt a very good one i would recomend a corsair ax or a antec 750 high current gamer as they are the best power supplies. if you dont have water cooling or an i7 then the once you have should be okay

wtf......

i really wish you would die.

Short and answer 700W is enough., but your psu in particular will strugggle.

Long answer

Depending on the rest of your system really.
What CPU and how overclocked and if your running after market cooling
How many HDD's
ect.

I doubt your running a highly overclocked CPU with a lot of fans and after maket cooling with a heap of hdds.
700w is enough

HOWEVER
The thermaltake 700W is really only 600W continuous and can peak at 700W ( you don't want it to go over 600 for very long

Also

It only has
1x 6+2pin connector
1x 6 pin connector.
so unless you run the molex to 6 pin converters you have no way to power the second card ( i do not recommend using the adaptors)

I only use three brands of power supply's Silverstone (when on a budget), Corsair ( if it fits into a budget, made by seasonic) , seasonic (when money is no option and people want the best.)

I would consider getting a silverstone plus 750w
The silverstone is rated at 750 Contnuos Watts and peaks 800w.
Not to mention is has an 80+ rating which the termaltake doesn't.
$145 cant go wrong.

Litepower units don't even pass bronze certification and the unit isn't even rated for sli, it's not going to work.

I'd pick up a quality 650w such as a Seasonic X650.

I would prob say a minimum of 16 amps per 12volt rail and 4 X12volt rails as a minmum, Dont buy a PSU were all of the amps is run of a single rail as the power will be more evenly distributed in your situation.
