Which one is better? Value for money wise and in terms of performance.

Looking to get one or the other so i can OC my 965 BE.

I've seen a lot of forums, in places like whirpool that really talk up the 212+. I think that's were I'm leaning.
Do you have any clearance issues with it?

What do you mean by 'clearance issues'?

It's deffinately worth it for the $35 you pay for it.

212+ is small, you'll have no clearance issues in your case, depending on your case though

Anyways it's a great cooler for the price.

212+ Probably the best budget cpu cooler on the market.
I ditched the default fan and chucked on a couple scythe slipstreams in a push/pull.

Running a AMD 955 @ 3.8. Idles at 30c, highest I've seen it get to was around 42c in Summer.

Only tip I'd suggest is to make sure you have enough clearance between your push fan and your memory on your mobo. Mine JUST fits (memory stick in the first slots literally grazing the fan) If you think it might be an issue, scythe do make a slim version of their regular slipstream fan.
