it unlocks in about 6 hours, but you can use a VPN so steam thinks your from the US and you can play it.

Have to use a VPN to activate it early in Australia. Was supposed to come out tomorrow.

I'm really considering whether or not to buy it...

I am 50% through story line. 15 hours in. And it's amazing. After I sorted out the graphical issues I had, the fun skyrocketed. Quests are fun, zombie slaying is fun, gaining xp is fun, finding rare items like guns is fun. Just the whole game is my dream. Recommend to RPG lovers and for ANYONE that likes/loves zombie games. I just did the vpn trick so my steam would unlock early. WOO!
