Personally I don't really like it, because more matches = more games scheduled on weekdays = I miss more scrims = leaders get angry at me because I can't play on weekdays

ppl still go on about the 4 matches.

YOU DON'T HAVE TO play 4 matches, play ones a week like we are and we're still on top, its doesn't matter how many times you play, all that matters is who you play and how many you gain from winning.

as i am aware you lose points (2-3 points depending on opponent).
unless its meant to work the other way and gain the points if that's the case... ladder is broken....
