Stay away from NetComm (NB series)

Billions are pretty good as NetGear as well.

Wireless as well as wired? Router or router/modem?

Billion or Draytek routers are the go, we use them for all the businesses we look after, they're solid and reliable.

Stay away from TP-Link, D-Link and NetComm routers, they are all crappy Chinese rip-offs.

A Billion 7800NL is probably the go for your price range, as it has wireless too.

TP-Link

In the lower price ranges yes they are.. but they do have decent higher end switches

I've had a few different routers and can say I rather liked my TP-Link, not to mention it was the only router I've ever had that can port forward XD

I have a Billion 7800N. The NL is good too.

I used to have a Netcomm and it never skipped a beat. This was many years ago, whether they have dipped in quality, I dont know.

Linksys or Billion are good brands to work off.
