Hi guys, I have recently rented an Ausfrag server which I have note gotten to use yet, so here is my problem:

1. I got my last due date warning on the 11th saying it would suspend my server which it hasn't, its status is still "pending"
2. Paypal took 6 ******* days to transfer my money to Ausfrag and Ausfrag invoice status says I have paid for my invoice.
3. Even after the payment was complete(which was today), the server is still "pending" and Ausfrag support are not getting back to me. EVEN though Ausfrag gurantees instant activation after payment which it still hasn't, and to top off, I've accidently sent a second payment for nothing which will be processed on the 15th apparently

I'm pretty pissed atm, Ausfrag support is no help, so can anyone help me? thanks

if they won't help you, open a paypal dispute.

admin for what? for warmod you need to update the admins_simple.ini @ (cstrike/addons/sourcemod/configs/admins_simple.ini)
