Hey guys my internet has been going really slow, i live in NSW and i have ADSL 2+ usually run between 500kb to 1mb.

I currently have to worlds shitest CPU along with an average graphics card. In game is lagging out that bad that my computer starts to beep at me and get the shits hardcore. i've tried punching the shit out of it but that failed to work does anyone have any ideas? Any way I can fix my net, im pretty crap with computers just putting that out there.

Also make sure you're not capped,
are you using wireless or cable?

Wireless from your modem/router?
or nextG wireless usb stick?

Im going to guess it's from your modem, so
sometimes if the doors in your house are shut and the modem's on the other side of the house etc,
you get horrid connection, but question again what is the wireless connection to the modem like?

Okay, so you've restarted you computer etc?
and restarted the router?

Have you tried any other computers? and had a look too see if they're getting shit net aswell.

I haverestarted both my router and my computer.
I have ran 4 different antivirus / malware programs.

Speedtest.net says

ping 22ms - D/L speed 13 mbps - U/L 0.86

I have only used 11% of 200G so no im not capped
I have defragged my computer
I have cleaned a blanket of dust from my fans and motherboard
I have wrung a specialist and they teamviewered my computer and couldnt find any problems.

I have punched the tower.
