Hey guys, I'm from the xbox part of CG here, and MW3 looks to be pretty shitt..

Is it worth buying COD4 for the PC and playing? Looks pretty epic on the cybergamer youtube channel. But just some opinions please?

Get someone to help you out learning and stuff + forget whatever the "vets" say about xbox being shit
and you'll be fine, cod4 is fun as hell on PC

Make sure you have a pc that can hold 125 stable FPS at least

Yes it is. Cod4 is basically the only competitive Call of Duty left on PC, everything after it has failed.

please do not use track pad. Be sure to get a decent mouse and kb. Doesnt have to be a "gaming" kb and mouse, just something decent.

Hard to know the full specs because you can get different variations of it but I would say there shouldn't be a problem with getting at least 125 fps with it.
I used to play on my laptop until I bought a proper desktop PC, and I used the Toshiba Satellite P300 which is much worse than the one you have.

if it has Intel graphics, dont expect miracles. If it has AMD or nvidia graphics you should be able to get 125 with a config.

They don't have a graphics card in them. You'd be lucky to have a playable frame rate on that laptop, 4gb or no.

Depending on the specs of your desktop you might be able to play it on that, but definitely give up on the idea of playing it on a laptop without a gpu in it.
