Is there a way to have my music come out of my speakers while cod/ts/vent come through my headset still?

assuming you are using different audio devices to get output through both, just change which audio device each program points to in it's options menu.

Use a media player which allows you to select output device (winamp i think idk).

what sound card do you have

also if you have one of those shitty usb sound card style headsets, plug that in, winamp > options > preferences > plugins > nullsoft directsound output > change device to usb sound card thing with speakers plugged into that
then put everything as per usual via your headset (minus sound card of course)

if not then you need a sound-card with two seperate outputs
