Basically this ^ I use HWMonitor.

Will add a related question to this thread, would anyone know a program which overlays gpu temps while in game?

Also with programs (if you can), i prefer to keep my case open to check it manually (if i'm overclocking to make sure nothing is gonna kill itself). That's if you got desk room ^_^
