I'm looking to upgrade my Mobo, CPU and Ram because my current setup is slowly out-dating
This is what i currently have in mind (wont be overclocking)
Image
The computer would be used for playing games - tf2, cod4, gmod etc

My Budget is $400 and here are my current specs -
Antec 300
ASRock P45DE
nVidia GTS 250 1GB
4 GB of RAM
2x500 GB HDD
Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550 (Socket 775)@2.8GHz

I'm thinking of getting a newer graphics card later on, but we'll see.
Any Suggestions or helpful things would be appreciated
cheers

Go 8GB of Corsair Vengeance RAM, that mobo and CPU are fine, but for an extra $10 you should just go the 2500k...

TBH you would be better off FPS wise spending the money on a 2nd hand GTX 460 or something,

You are just going to majorly bottleneck the CPU with that GPU.

Agreed, just get a video card. Your Q9550 isn't horrible but your video card is!
Update that shit y0. Maybe get 2g more ram. You wont notice much from 6 to 8 but you will from 4 to 6gb.
