Today I restored my W7 computer back to factory settings because it was lagging and I just wanted it fresh again :>. When I go to install the Bigpond modem disk thingy it wasn't working. So after 30 minutes of going around in circles and turning things on and off with Bigpond support it turns out I don't have any Local Area Devices or something like that so I can't connect to the internet on that PC.
Any idea's ? Help please

You need to get the drivers off a different computer and put them on a USB stick or External Hard Drive.
