What up?
Im trying to get xbox live again but whats the best option for me for the internet?
Put a ethernet jack in room where i play?
Run a cord from where the modem is to room? ( cord probaly may need to be 30-50 metres not entirely sure)
Or get a wireless adapter?

It's your preference..
Obviously ethernet will be faster, but then you'll end up having a cord going around your house..
I have to use wireless as my parents dont want another cord going around the house..

But i have no problems with lag etc.

Ethernet cable.
Only way to run wireless is to buy the microsoft approved wireless adapter which cost roughly $150 AU and they are shithouse anyways.
50m ethernet cable cost like $20. and you will have perfect line connection

If you're prepared to wait you can buy a wireless adapter from eBay for $50.

I've used both ethernet and wireless and (for me, at least) there is absolutely no difference
