Just thought I would write up a review on a mouse I recently started using, it is an older mouse but I think it's the best mouse I have ever used.
The MX518 is an Optical gaming mouse just like the Razer Deathadder, but in my opinion this mouse is the better of the two.
I started using this mouse a few days ago and I noticed straightaway that it is alot more comfortable and that it's more precise to aim with, currently I'm using it at 125hz and 400DPI, I really haven't noticed a change from 1000hz to 125. Some people may prefer 500hz or 1000hz and that's when you overclock it.
It is an older mouse so the price has come down alot and you can pick one up online for around $35 dollars on PC Case Gear.
As mentioned above, this mouse is very comfortable and I also find it easier to play with than my old deathadder and I had it for a year. In terms of quality and how the mouse is built, it feels really strong and doesn't squeak if you press on it, this happened when I had a few razer mice, It has a great shape for larger and smaller hands and has 8 programmable buttons. This mouse also doesn't take very long to get use to.
So for this mouse for Bang for buck it gets a 10 out of 10, Comfort a 9 out of 10 and ease of use 10 out of 10
This mouse is good for beginners to players higher up.
(The mouse looks like it has dents but that is just an affect they have given the outer shell, it's completely smooth to touch)
This is my first review and I thought I would type it up and post it on CG.
