Season 3 CGo Inter final write-up/prediction thread.

Was bored and asked Benny if he wanted to help do one of these, i can promise you if won't be the best but yeah it's something.

Write-up
(Done by Davo except DeadLinks one which was done by Benny).



Go back about a month ago and you could of thrown a stone at DeadLink and win. But ChiefJoop rebuilt the team after losing a few key players and it paid off. They got active and they became the old dominate team they used to be (DeadLink 16 -5 uniQue) who would of guessed. If joop can get back in the nearly 20 bombing form he used to be in, they will most likely slap the fudge out of all the teams in inters. They would of made the prelims in pros for sure if time didnt run out.

Key player/s: Shifty and Joop.

Last 5 games: LWLWW



A rather unknown team with some players that i hadn't heard of before, they have shown some great potential and pulled some great scores against some top teams on the ladder and will go very far in this finals series. But they have a problem though, with them only having 6 players on there team list there players will need to be super active.

Key player/s: Braidz

Last 5 games: WLWLW



A pretty old team back from the COD4 days, were dominate back then but there isn't many of there original members in there current line-up, they surged up the ladder pretty fast and just made the finals on the day of the ladder lock.

Key player/s: Artin

Last 5 games: LWWWW



A team that reformed around mid-season and has shot up the ladder making the inter finals, they have some great players and lost a few not too long ago, can there replacements fill there spots? Main thing they need to do to win the inter finals is to stop fighting, regardless they won't be an easy beat for the best of teams.

Key player/s: Would be Cem-da-tank if he has his sponge on,
also Benny with his newly found clutching skills.


Last 5 games: WLWLL



Pretty solid team at objective but can they do as much damage in search and destroy as they do in objective game modes? There form going into the finals has been great and have only lost the once this season in a nail bitter against Unrivaled.

Key player/s: Immortal-Hiro

Core5 once known as Legacy has a totally different team that was there at the start of this season and still keeps changing, Nav has basically gotten rid of all of his players and merged with TeKz recently kicked a few inactive players of TeKz to pick up two very experienced players in Alley and Big rig, thing is though was this for the better or worse?

Key player/s: Mozt-Wanted, Big Rig and Alley.

New team on the block, have moved up quite quickly, they have some experienced players on there side but will that be enough?

Haven't really seen much of this team only a few in PUGs which means nothing, but they have picked up a few good recruits just before roster lock in Juicy Rubes, VictoriaMoore and Jayguo, which will make them no easy beats.

DeadLink vs Unique

Well what can old bootstrap Benny say, this is going to be a 16-0 to uniQue because Zyzz finally got unbanned he will be the difference if i give him match time, which it will most likely never happen cause he's bad so enough said there. Chiefjoop is a horrible leader for always putting down Bigzy for having a red mullet do think this is fair? Well i do not, last time we met i was overweight, i fell off my bed and couldn't get up. But this time 3kgs less ill bring my A game and still go negative but that wont take my pride when we go into the hardest battle of our lives. Anyway if any of the CG community gets into a verbal argument with me and you call me fat. I will laugh because i know im still a sick ****.

Predicted score: Unique to win.

MVP: CEM or SHIFTY

Impact gaming vs iCu

After witnessing iCu's tactics on CG & 1 game on 6A they have orthodox style of playing and i cant see impact gaming get a touch on them. iCu have a strong player in ☆Strongside☆ if he applys the sponge he will be unstoppable. Braidz will put up a good fight though.

Immortal gaming vs Team Blitz

This is the hardest one to predict because Immortal gaming are the biggest public/pug whores of the S&D ladder with there Usain bolt tactics they will be hard to stop on attack but defense may let them down. Now Blitz they got my main man KICKmotherfookingSTART/Juicy_Rubes and he did some damage to some poo holes in MONSTARZ. So hopefully he applies he's dirty tactics by camping in Osama bin ladins cave and picking off scrubs.

Predicted score: Immortal to win.

MVP: Immortal-Hiro

Core5 vs Valor

Well this could be a flogging, on paper Core5 have one of the best line ups in the comp. But can it work? They recruited two heavy hitters in Biig Riig & Alleyside. This could make poor Viper pee his pants and rightly so. Valor are going to have the best strats and rotations to stop core5s and biig riigs.

Predicted score: Core5 to win.
