Today i bring news of a great injustice that has affected both myself and TheOne. Upon joining the Google Promod FFA Server with Mike 'tal' Mira, the self proclaimed 'Australian Deathmatch Champion' made a bet that we could simply not refuse.

What was on offer? Tal's The Elder Scrolls IV: Skyrim Collectors Edition Dragon Figure - which has been seen selling for up to $400 on eBay.



Mike 'tal' Mira, being the arrogant fragger he is, stated that '"If you beat me in FFA, I will give you my Skyrim dragon". Myself, i am not much of a Skyrim fanboy but this made TheOne go into a frenzy. With Google Promod FFA being our arena, and mp_vacant the setting we set off to take what tal had to offer.

To make it official, we had Sean 'extacy' Parkes come in to spectate.

It was a tight race, but in the end tal fell short to the FFA powerhouse that is myself, with TheOne coming in third. No Skyrim Dragon for mo, but i had acquired one. Tal was a fit of a rage, realising that he had just lost something of great value, he did what all problem gamblers do - double or nothing, M4 only on mp_citystreets.

Another very tight race, this time tal came in short to both myself and TheOne. He was down four Skyrim Dragons. I'm no maths guru, but i made it clear to tal that he was now down $1600(4 Skyrim Dragons, $400 each). From here, tal sunk further into his gambling hangover and made one of the biggest rookie errors in his fragging career. He laid down the guantlet, double or nothing MP5 only on mp_crash.

This one was no challenge for myself and TheOne, clearly outclassing tal with the mp5 and both finishing as #1 & 2 respectively. Tal realising what had just happened, immediately left vent. I always heard stories about gambling hangovers, but this is the first time i have had to deal with the effects of one personally.

Realising how much he now owed, tal immediately tried to swindle his way out the bet. TheOne and I truly considered ourselves to be friends of tal, but his decision to not pay his debt to us has shook ArchaicMSI to it's core. I decided to sit myself out of our match verse ARCANUM tonight because i don't feel like i can play with someone who is so two faced.

Why am i telling you this? Each member involved in this case of trickery, scamming & backstabbing is a well known member of this community. As a united community, we need your help to bring this issue to justice.
