720p may fix it also, my net is dogshit so i cant stream 720p

mindconfusion came up with the idea of spinning cogs, i just designed those ones to replace a beta cog version he tried

vid turned out really well eheh and cogs did turn out pretty sweet

That overlay was created by Cresh0r and myself.
I did up a couple rough drafts he wasn't happy and he went and created what you currently see.
After he had finished it I went ahead and changed couple things up.
I was gonna have the other cogs moving as well but at a slower pace but decided not too after the hell After Effects gave me with the 2 main cogs lol
