Honestly the best thing that's happened to the game thus far tbh

Belkin router fix

1: angrily type in 192.168.2.1 in browser
2: scroll to DMZ
3: go to network and sharing centre on your computer and click you network status, then on details, the find where it says ipv4 or something.
4: the last number of that whole number is what you need to enter into your DMZ setting
5: go to restart router on belkin webpage and it will work.

If you have different router then I have no idea but it probably has DMZ, also open up all ya xbox ports just youtube it

Happens to me sometimes, reset router , wait 5 mins, go to BO main menu, disconect from xbox live, then go into multiplayer from the main menu
