Well earlier today i crashed my motorcycle up the back of a ute and completely ****ed up the majority of my teeth as well as my jaw, chin etc
SPOILER: Click to view

So since i wont be able to chew anything for approx 3 - 4 weeks. I am in need of a meal replacement that also gives me all the vitamins and minerals i need.
I already have a couple of recipe's that i use mainly for breakfast. But thats pretty much just protein and calcium.

So if any1 has experienced something similar or knows of a product that is reasonably priced i would love your help

Unlucky. Almost all motorcycle accidents are due to bad car drivers, not the bike riders :/..

man, you can have anything you want... in blended form.

obvs protein shakes are a good idea,

try have protein shakes with carbs in em for example,

Berry shake
1 scoop of protein
1 whole egg
200g mixed berries or watevs you want i like blueberries
250ml milk

Blend that shit up and you got a quick meal with protein and some low GI carbs
experiment with dif things man that just 1 example,

and just as a side note, thats unlucky bro :/

EDIT* - You can get flaxmeal from any supermarket, thats really good to chuck in shakes as a form of protein as well!

Try smiling next time, hate photo's where people look depressed.

Soup ain't too bad, although 3-4weeks of it will be shit. Mind you 3-4weeks eating the same meal of anything would be shit.

Enjoy recovering

I'm so fast that last night I turned off the light switch in my hotel room and was in bed before the room was dark.

Up and Go's

Fruit Shakes and Soup is all I can think of. I sometimes make Shakes with milk, yogurt, bananas etc. and use frozen Berries (e.g strawberries, raspberries, blueberries). They are cheap, and stay really fresh

Best of luck with the recovery, did you break your jaw?

Did you even read the OP? His jaw is ****ed and he lost/broke majority of his teeth...
