Hey guys,

On Saturday i bought the new SteelSeries Sensei. I installed it done everything you can think off, restart, re installed, unplugged all ports and re plugged, done everything i can, looked at solutions on the internet, NOTHING about it exist.

My SteelSeries Sensei doesn't work, a error message keeps appearing stating "USB Device Not Recognised", Does anyone have a Sensei and got the same problem? im using a laptop which is pretty decent connected to a monitor.

Even though it worked on some occasions after re-installation it didn't work again. Even if it worked 5-10 Mins later it would shut off and the error message box would appear.

Please help!

must be a dud mouse badluck take it back or try in another pc..

Its actually the best mouse ive ever had...its just that the usb end might be faulty not sure. im going to ring them tomorow!

have you even tried on another system?

Ive plugged it to my PC Inside Same error message popped up, didnt even install this time! after installation on laptop i played for a few hours and then it disconnected...

OP, why does you have a PC outside?

If you have tried it on multiple PC's and it still is having issues than to me it would seem as if it was faulty, so return it to where you got it/get them to replace it with a new one.
