I read the rules and it had like claymore tac and C4 but it didn't say there were banned can some 1 tell me. Are they or aren't they banned thanks

They are banned, most COD games have all equipment banned. The equipment you mentioned come under Kit Restrictions which pretty much means banned.

JipD the ACR was banned on Both CG ladders and ACL LANs on MW2... yet it is still in the ruleset...
