What's not to get? You race, make money, buy cars, race more, earn more, get more, over and over until you get bored, then you make drift cars, drag cars etc, and race mates.

Ones affinity( bonus from car manufacturers), ones credit bonus, ones driver bonus and then there's a mystery bonus. If people want more affinity with toyota (for example) they will use affinity more than the others.
