Hey guys hopefully someone can help me, I preordered the hardened edition when I got home I opened it but the top secret letter thing wasn't in the box? Could someone tell me where in the box it was located

Well in my box I had t, the elite card, the journal and the codes for elite. But other people have gotten like a letter which says top secret on it and I didn't have one, just wondering if it's important
