Great game, best FPS since CoD 5. Steep learning curve, especially if your used to cod. Takes a lot more skill and more team based effort. I would recommend playing with friends for best experience.
This sums it up nicely. Any COD game after Mw2 is shit.
I wouldn't say shit....even though I understand the sentiment, I think we're pretty spoiled as gamers, and our expectation levels are just higher. I think COD suffers from its design/being done to death.
If you want something new and exciting (which for many Australian's it is), trust me this game gives you back what you put in - there's still so much I haven't learned about the maps and teamwork elements. Unlike COD once you work out your perks/ ADS speeds for diff weapons as well as the maps/spawns you can pretty much follow them around in a circuit for the win - BF is different you have land, air and sea elements in an all out objective war - its design lends to confrontations/battles across broader ranges and distances than you're probably used to so that takes some adjustment
...its not perfect but its the best shooter on the box - you just gotta stick with it and play with mates. The deeper you go the deeper the game goes. If you can take a bash to your ego once you start nailing a few snipes by allowing for bullet drop, nailing a multi RPG across the map, or car bombing a few tanks with C4 you'll be hooked
i strongly recommend you change your land vehicle buttons settings to ALTERNATE, put your sensitivity up and go about finding a weapon/style that you like for each map - a good way of learning maps is in a tank as you have armour to watch ya back when randoms wont
