For 58, definitely. I rarely play them anymore (been playing less and less since about fifa 07 :/ ) but just playing with your mates is enough incentive to buy it.

Just purchased it for $58, then i went and looked at eb and jb hi fi. Its still $100+, got myself a bargain !
