Hi all,

Some help would be awsome!!! I was playing BF3 tonight and I left a game and refreshed the server browser and my computer kinda hung ( could still move cursor and alt tab) but couldnt do anything not even Ctrl+alt+del.

when I restarted my pc I got this:
Virtu Error

Problem occured while loading usersettings.xml

root element missing

It won't let me do anything

Made a new account just to post to avoid embarrassment??

No I simply found this forum after trolling whirlpool forums and I'm just desperate for some help because Its my 2days off to play games!!!!! but thanks I'l give him a try.

What CPU are u running?

the only context im familiar with the term virtu in is SGI Virtu but i cant see that being overly relevant.

-asrock z68 pro 3
-ocz vertex 2 120gb ssd

I've been screwing with it all night...
Virtu control panel was freezing every time it opened, even in safe mode.
I reinstalled virtu and it got rid of the error msg but its still hanging on desktop..
I uninstalled all drivers an reinstalled... Same thing was still happening.. Second storage wasn't showing in safe mode so can't salvage anything..
So I gave up and decided to do a fresh install and now SSD won't let me format.. So I'm trying my other hd to see if that works.. but looks like I got 3months out of that F**ing ssd..
