kneejerk reaction to hon much

It would be very very hard to make dota competitive with HoN. Simply cuz dota relys on Wc3 and therefore it is very limited to it's capabilities!

Good to see what becomes of this though :V

Not really a problem for HON, this game is probably atleast 1 or 2 years down the track.

Probably turn out to be another LoL.

no i think this will be a stand alone game..

imo this will go WCG and will be better than HoN

HoN sucks, I played it...it feels bad and the gameplay is very irritating after okaying DotA...

Yeah when i played it in the beta it was nothing like the WC3 DotA.. which is just my oppinion of course, although my computer rig is fairly out dated and had a tough time running HoN on low settings, i'll probs give this game another chance when i get a new rig. But i hope this valve team will give DotA that kick to make it into the WCG and will probably kill the HoN scene as the top teams will want a highly competitive game (because i don't think WCG will have both games..)

DotA is far better than HoN. HoN's shops, heroes...etc. will take AGES to get used to for DotA players, and also that simply DotA>HoN

This dosnt make any sense, 90% of HoN Items and heros are direct ports from DotA, its just getting used to the new names that they have to do
